www.sumu.io  is another useful resource to help affordable living starved people find apartments on a no-fee basis. movef.com looks for similar services that help people find affordable living space. The Smallwall.net site provides apartment lottery application forms and deadline dates.  There are sites other than Craigslist offering rooms to rent too.

And don’t forget to check out the Hostel and hostel-like rental hotels where one night will cost you $50-$60, but no more. See – www.40berkeley.com  and hostels.com/boston/usa for more details about those rates.

Now SUMU.IO ( dot i o ) offers commercial rate rental properties and (rooms).  Sounds like something for students?  You bet. Students and everybody else! The site was built by MIT students who sent a proposal to the Roxbury based Smarter-in-the-City accelerator and they got in.  We wish them well. A picture is worth a thousand words so take a look at this and click it to try Sumo.io.
